Online Registration is a 3 step process -
1 - Final Forms registration – This portal is open for the 24-25 season.
Please register at: https://rochester-wa.finalforms.com/ and follow the prompts to create your account, create your students and sign your forms. Your athlete must use their school email to login and sign the forms as well. This
2 – Pay Fees –You must log in to Intouch to pay for your athletes ASB Athletic Fee. Pay to Play fees have been waived again for the 23-24 season. The ASB Athletic Fee is the only fee required this year. Your login information is the parents Skyward username and password.
This portal will not open until August 1.

3 - Students must have medical insurance to participate in Sports. If needed you may purchase accident insurance at the following link.
