Dear Rochester Middle School families and students,

My name is Jeremy Baird and I am very excited to be the new principal of Rochester Middle School! My excitement comes from getting to know the amazing staff and students here at RMS. I want to keep this brief, but I also want to share with you some of my core beliefs about education:

• All students have a right to an education that suits them.

• All students need to feel they belong at their school.

• Education breaks barriers in an individual's life

• Education has the ability to have not just an impact on the student, but on the family and the community they live in.
